What People Are Saying
“Since my daughter started training with Aaron, we’ve noticed a big improvement in her Ninja skills. She’s now getting through obstacles that had been frustrating her for months, and her technique is much more consistent and controlled. Aaron does a great job explaining things in a way the kids can understand and apply straight away. What really stands out is how positive and encouraging he is. He helps the kids work on their mindset as much as their physical skills, which has made a big difference in my daughter’s confidence. He’s also building a great sense of team spirit among the group. The kids are genuinely supportive of each other, which makes training even more enjoyable. We’re really happy with the progress she’s made under Aaron’s coaching—he’s made a real impact.”

“Aaron and his family are the definition of living a healthy, active lifestyle—you can see it in their strength and energy. He really walks the talk and he and his family have been such an inspiration to me! Since taking his Hyrox classes, my cardio has skyrocketed. Aaron’s super supportive, driven, and one of the kindest people you’ll meet. Can’t recommend him enough as a coach—10/10!”
