At West Coast Warriors, we are about launching the next generation of Ninja athletes. Specializing in Ninja Warrior training, our programs are designed to build strength, confidence, and community in a supportive, team-focused environment.

After School Ninja Classes

(KIDS | Ages 7 – 13)

Looking for after school activities in Perth that are active, engaging and build confidence?

Our After School Ninja Classes are designed for children aged 7–13, welcoming everyone from complete beginners trying ninja for the first time through to intermediate athletes looking to develop new skills.

Using our unique multi-coach training approach, every child receives coaching suited to their individual ability, allowing beginners to build confidence while more experienced ninjas continue progressing on challenging obstacles.

Ninja Athlete Development Program

(KIDS | Ages 10 – 14)

Ready to take your ninja skills to the next level?

Our Ninja Athlete Development Program (ADP) is designed for dedicated young athletes aged 10-14 who want to progress beyond recreational classes and prepare for Ninja Warrior and Ninja Challenge League (NCL) competitions.

Training in small groups, athletes receive focused coaching on advanced obstacle techniques, efficient obstacle linking, competition strategy, race formats and mental preparation. From managing pre-competition nerves to understanding competition rules, our coaches help athletes develop the skills and confidence needed to perform under pressure.

As well as improving strength, agility, grip and endurance, athletes become part of a supportive community of like-minded competitors who motivate each other to achieve their goals.

Ninja Warrior Classes

(ADULTS | ages 15+)

Looking for a unique way to improve your fitness while learning incredible new skills? Our Adult Ninja Warrior Classes are designed for anyone aged 15+, whether you’re stepping onto the obstacles for the first time or training for your next Ninja Warrior or obstacle course racing (OCR) competition.

With expert coaching and a supportive community, you’ll develop the strength, grip, agility, balance and coordination needed to tackle iconic Ninja Warrior obstacles, including the Warped Wall, Lache, Salmon Ladder, Cliffhanger and more. Every class is designed to challenge you at your own level, allowing beginners to build confidence while experienced athletes continue refining advanced techniques.

Our coaches focus on progressive skill development, helping you safely master new obstacles while improving functional fitness, endurance and overall athletic performance. Whether your goal is to conquer your first obstacle, prepare for the Ninja Challenge League (NCL), improve your OCR performance, or simply enjoy a fun alternative to the traditional gym, our classes provide the perfect environment to grow.

Train alongside a welcoming community of like-minded athletes who encourage and support one another every step of the way.

Suitable for ages 15+. No previous ninja experience is required. Classes run every Tuesday and Thursday at 6.30pm at our Scarborough gym.

Just want to have some fun on the course, without a structured class? Check out our Beginner open gym session on Monday nights, 6.30 – 8.00pm.
